We seek a licensed and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team and start and lead our HVAC division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and mechanical knowledge. As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Some Responsibilities:

• Repair and install HVAC systems according to manufacturer
• specifications and local codes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems to determine
• necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient installation
• processes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during
• installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions
• and concerns professionally.
• Potentially lead a team of other technicians as we grow.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & amp; troubleshooting a normal HVAC system)
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the Jobsite
• Results driven in a high-energy environment
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
• Proficient in HVAC installation techniques and practices.
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Ability to drive a van or service vehicle to job sites efficiently.
• Field service experience is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and
• team members.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
