We are seeking a Parking Attendant to join our team for weekend events starting in May. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles, and providing excellent customer service to all guests. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle different personalities. There is opportunity to work in other spaces as well such as cooking food and working the door during events.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with parking their vehicles.
- Manage the parking lot efficiently, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Provide information about parking policies and procedures to customers.
- Assist with handicap parking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
- Ensure the safety of all vehicles parked in the facility.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- No prior experience required
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
