Your Role:
As an Assistant Operations Warehouse Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing warehouse efficiency, managing daily operations, and driving fulfillment performance. You will collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that enhance warehousing, delivery, and field services, ensuring smooth and scalable distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal.
- Train, organize, direct, and supervise warehouse employees while establishing, monitoring, and managing day-to-day operational issues to reach short and long-term performance goals.
- Maximize the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of the fulfillment process, to maximize customer fill rates.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Provide employees with timely and thorough performance feedback and resources for improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent of 5 years of progressive, industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical understanding of all distribution logistics in the retail distribution industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 required; ability to quickly learn Warehousing Management Systems (WMS) applications.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills while maintaining and developing a team atmosphere and commitment to Safety.
- Strong negotiating skills and problem resolution experience are required.
- Must pass all pre-employment tests (drug test & background check).

Expected Schedule: 40-hour weeks, 8-hour day shifts.
