Your Role:
As a Custodian / Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities remain clean, functional, and safe. From performing minor repairs to keeping things tidy, you will play an essential role in our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (e.g., replace switches, fix leaks, repair door handles).
- Conduct cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and general upkeep.
- Inspect building system control panels, equipment, and appliances to identify and address issues (e.g., HVAC/ventilation).
- Ensure safety systems (e.g., fire alarms) are functional.
- Install appliances and equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse management to address facility needs.
- Report major damages to management and oversee third-party repairs when necessary.
What We Are Looking For:
- Initiative-taking and dependable individual with a “can-do” attitude.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work.
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to commute to Mililani warehouse.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
· Must pass all pre-employment tests (drug test & background check).

Expected Schedule: 40-hour weeks, 8-hour day shifts.
