Merchandising Specialist – Monday to Friday – Hilo, HI
$19 - $22 per hour

We are looking to hire a full or part-time employee to specifically manage Walmart in Hilo. If you are interested in a full-time position, other accounts will be assigned to you along with Walmart Hilo and you will be eligible for benefits.

Your Role:
As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for keeping store shelves well stocked and visually appealing while maintaining strong relationships with store personnel. This is a fun and busy position for individuals who have retail experience or have a natural talent to ensure products on store shelves are presentable to consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and fill product displays.
- Get orders to the shelf for sale.
- Execute modular resets.
- Process claims and returns.
- Maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
What We Are Looking For:
- Tech is savvy on smart phone or iPad.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel between locations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Self-motivated and organized, attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
· Must be 18 years of age or older, and a high school graduate or equivalent.
· Must pass all pre-employment tests (drug test & background check).
