Merchandising is a fun and busy position for individuals who have retail experience or have a natural talent to ensure products on store shelves are presentable to consumers. We would like to hire you as a Sales Merchandiser to oversee merchandising at stores on the Island of Oahu. We service various chain accounts such as ABC Stores, Foodland, Times Supermarkets, Safeway as well as other small gift outlets.

We are a locally owned and operated distribution company doing business in Hawaii for over 30 years. We supply Hawaii retail stores with thousands of great products, and you’ll have a chance to represent a diverse range of national and local brands such as Oberto beef jerky, Energizer batteries and Locals slippers.

REQUIREMENTS

· Must be 18 years of age or older.

· Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

· Pass pre-employment testing (drug and background).

· Must have a valid driver’s license.

· Must have your own personal vehicle legally registered.

· Must have a clean driving abstract.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· In-store merchandising of all our products.

· Place products on store shelves that have been delivered by a driver.

· Multi-tasking with attention to details.

· Be physically fit and capable of lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.

· Standing and stooping is essential to your daily activities.

· Good communication with store personnel to maintain a good relationship.
