Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate project planning sessions with project managers and technical teams.
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, change requests, and meeting minutes.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress.
- Foster positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to promote collaboration and project success.
- Coordinate resource allocation and task assignments, ensuring team members are clear on their responsibilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed of project status and changes.
- Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, proactively addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues, working closely with technical teams to find solutions.
- Process Improvement and Best Practices:
- Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve project management processes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management or applicable experience
- Proven experience as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role in an MSP or IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, can effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) are a plus.
