THE ITALIAN DAUGHTER is seeking experienced GM candidates for their NORTH SCOTTSDALE location. We are an upscale - casual Italian concept, featuring live music 7 nights a week. We are full service with a bar, lounge patio seating. We specialize in Italian traditional classics .
The right candidate will have the highest regard for guest experience and understand the importance of attaining the highest quality of guest experience.
ADDITIONAL BONUS STRUCTURE possibility after 90 days.

Responsibilities and Duties :
Oversee coordination of the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently to customer complaints.
Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible.
Organize and supervise shifts.
Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive.
Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory.
Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations.
Control costs and cut waste.
Successfully promote and publicize the brand.
Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as a restaurant supervisor.
Track operations and start corrective actions.
Requirements :
Has earned a High School diploma or GED.
2 or more years of restaurant management experience managing a team of 15 or more employees at a time, interacting frequently with guests, and coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles.
Demonstrated career experience in customer service management.
Extensive food and beverage knowledge, specifically wine knowledge.
Acute financial management skills.
Available to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Experience with Windows and MS Office, Aloha, HotSchedules, and an understanding of inventory control systems is a plus.
Ability to understand and follow specific recipes, processes, and systems with precision and consistency.
Possess strong organizational skills and can effectively prioritize needs (solid multitasker)
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Able to take direction as well as delegate tasks accordingly.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills; able to easily interact with diverse employees, bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
Able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs. and stand for 8-plus hours.
Candidates must be professional, dependable enthusiastic. Our managers need to work well under pressure, with be great leaders.
Overall responsibilities will include all FOH operations. working a 5 day work week, in conjunction with the Assistant Manager Executive Chef to elevate and maintain our high standards of food service.
