Busy Italian Restaurant in North Scottsdale seeking a Host / Hostess to greet patrons, control the door, assist in guest satisfaction and handle customer relations.
Qualifications :
- EXPERIENCE A HUGE PLUS
- Must have OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, be positive, energetic, and detail-oriented.
- Good phone skills and a general understanding of Italian cuisine are a huge plus.
- Ability to remember repeat guests is essential.
- Experience with Open Table or other reservation platforms preferred.
This job is a tipped position.
