Group pursues a broad range of real estate investments that offer risk-adjusted returns to our investors and
clients.
Under the direction of The Director of Construction Compliance, the Construction Payroll Auditor will ensure
contractors comply with federal labor standards under the Davis-Bacon Act. These professionals support
regulatory compliance on construction projects by reviewing payroll records, proof of payments, deductions, and
timesheets, verifying wage classifications, and assisting with audit processes.

Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
- Review certified payroll reports submitted by contractors and subcontractors.
- Verify accurate worker classification based on job duties.
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wage determinations by monitoring wage determinations.
- Maintain detailed records of employee information, wage classifications, and pay rates.
- Conduct external interviews on project sites.
- Prepare and review contracts to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Audit insurance certificates from subcontractors.
- Prepare contracts and ensure proper documentation.
- Process and manage subcontractor invoicing.
