Online Store Personal Assistant/Photographer

I am seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to assist with my growing eBay business. This is a part-time, ongoing position with hourly pay. A trial period is required to assess skills and fit.

The primary initial task will be working through a large backlog of inventory, consisting mostly of clothing, requiring significant photography work.

Responsibilities:

· Clothing Processing: Inspecting clothing items, washing (as needed), photographing (high-quality images, multiple angles, good lighting), measuring, folding, bagging/packaging, labeling, and uploading photos to designated folders in my Google Drive.

· Non-Clothing Item Processing: Photographing and documenting a variety of items for eBay listing (details will vary by item). This may include cleaning, basic testing (if applicable), and packaging.

· Inventory Management: Updating SKU information on existing inventory using the eBay app on a tablet (training provided), organizing and maintaining a well-organized inventory system in my garage, and assisting with receiving and storing new inventory.

· Collaborative eBay App Use: Working simultaneously with me using the eBay app on a tablet and phone to update listings, research sold items, and manage inventory.

· Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to lift and move moderately heavy objects, including tubs of inventory and bags of clothing, from time to time.

Qualifications:

· Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.

· Ability to follow instructions precisely.

· Basic computer skills and comfort with uploading files.

· Reliable and punctual.

· Experience with photography or online selling is a plus, but not required.

· Must be comfortable using mobile apps and technology.

· Must be able to work effectively in a garage environment.

· Must be able to perform occasional heavy lifting.

· Retail experience is a plus.
