Assist customers both in the store, over the phone and in the field; provide quotes, process special orders, manage assigned accounts and develop new accounts. Responsibilities include:
- Answer telephones; assist customers calling the store, direct calls when needed to proper person and take messages as necessary.
- Process requests for quotes, special orders and deliveries.
- Encourage new customers to open credit accounts.
- Ringing up customers on the register.
Knowledge of building material preferred.
