Your Opportunity as the Analyst, Benefits
Location: Orrville, OH
Work Arrangements: hybrid, 30% in office expectation
In this role you will:
- Support Defined Benefits (DB) administration
- Prepare pension and incoming pension related paperwork
- Process participant changes to pensions (direct deposit, tax withholding, address)
- Administer non-qualified Defined Benefits (DB) plans
- Process monthly contributions for multiemployer plans
- Approve benefit events in Workday HR software system
- Support census reports & government filings
- Address help cases submitted by employees
- Monitor address and death search vendor results and updating all systems accordingly

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 years experience in pension administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to personal information
