Seeking Part-Time Sales Assistant
Growing Hospitality Consulting and Training company is seeking a dynamic and organized Part-Time Sales Assistant in our office (Norcross, GA) 2 days per week.
Prior experience and hospitality (hotel) industry a big plus but not necessary.
Will be Assisting With:
- Lead generation and appointment setting
- Making phone calls and responding to emails
- Research and data entry
- Supporting social media marketing efforts, including basic graphic design and scheduling posts
- Helping to manage the owner's schedule and calendar
- Administrative tasks and occasionally providing offsite support for client meetings/events as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales support, marketing, or a related role
- Excellent communication (written and oral)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, etc
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva or similar tools)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
