Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand
- Ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
- Assist with bussing tables and removing dirty dishes from dining areas
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and floors
- Help with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Support the kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
