The Contact Center Agent will be responsible for answering and/or directing queries of patients. The successful candidate must be able to efficiently and effectively answer a high volume of calls each day while maintaining a kind, caring attitude. The Contact Center Agent will also be responsible for maintaining physician schedules, on call schedules and completing miscellaneous office tasks.
