Skills:

• RN Navigator-Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Provide practice management support to assure the provision of quality care to patients in an efficient manner
• Ensure patient care is done in a cost-efficient manner
• The position is responsible for maintaining daily operations in multiple team practices
• Provides both direct and indirect professional nursing care
• Oversee and assist staff with patient care
• Assist with procedures and documentation

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Experience as an RN Navigator in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
