Research Opportunities
We have an opening for a postdoctoral associate in the computational biology of Alzheimer's disease. This position will be focused on characterizing donor-derived organoid models and assessing their utility in precision medicine approaches to treating Alzheimer's disease. This project will involve a range of computational and systems biology approaches, including big data analysis, dimensional reduction, and pharmacogenomic analysis. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher with a strong background in bioinformatics, computational biology, or biostatistics to join our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•Ph.D. in bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, or related field is required;
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
•Demonstrates ability to be collaborative across disciplines; and
•Demonstrated writing ability as evidenced by significant contribution/leadership role in bringing a minimum of one 1st author paper from graduate work to publication.
