Bartender/Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure timely service.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Proficient in basic math skills for managing cash transactions and drink recipes.
• Experience in restaurant or catering environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems, particularly Aloha POS.
• Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in food service is an advantage, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
