Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming various types of flooring.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are sanitized and presentable.
- Manage housekeeping supplies efficiently and report any shortages or maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest needs and requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including training new staff members on cleaning protocols.
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed to ensure accountability.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is an advantage.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
