Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Data Entry
Location: Dallas, TX 75201 (Hybrid – M-W in office, Th-F remote)
Job Type: 6 Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Permanent Conversion)
Pay Rate: $19.93 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Environment:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant/Data Entry professional to join our client’s team on a 6 month contract with the potential for extension or permanent conversion. This role involves performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record management. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general office tasks such as internet research, data entry, and maintaining record management systems.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports using various proprietary systems.
- Draft responses to routine correspondence and inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the proper handling of sensitive information.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office operations and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently with good time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote) or similar applications.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
- Insurance industry experience highly preferred.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry preferred.
