Location: Hybrid (2-3 Days in Office, Remote for Remaining Days)
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Compensation: $70 - $80 per Hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Project Manager to lead and drive complex technology and business transformation projects across our organization. This is a hybrid, 1-year contract role offering the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong consultative problem-solving abilities, a change management mindset, and the capacity to drive impactful business value delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Complex Projects: Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects across the enterprise, ensuring timely delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, while meeting business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive Business Transformation: Act as a change agent to critically assess and improve project management processes within the PMO, identifying gaps and driving innovation for continuous improvement.
- Consultative Mindset: Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, sponsors, and diverse project teams to provide strategic insights and solutions. Evaluate alternatives, make sound decisions, and identify opportunities for improvement across technology and business operations.
- Agile Methodology: Lead projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), including breaking Epics into smaller, manageable Features and User Stories. Guide teams through Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Act as a coach to project teams, empowering others by sharing knowledge and driving growth. Facilitate discussions to foster collaboration and ensure alignment across all levels.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with project/program sponsors, guiding them toward effective decision-making and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Escalate appropriately and facilitate proactive mitigation strategies.
- Project Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including CBAs, Charters, RAID logs, status reports, and project roadmaps.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines and organizational priorities.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and key milestones. Prepare and deliver presentations related to project goals and outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, third-party vendors, and other organizational teams to ensure seamless project delivery, connecting technical and business perspectives to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7-10 Years of Experience: Progressive experience in program/project management, particularly in large, complex enterprise-level technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Consulting Experience: A background in management consulting with demonstrated ability to think critically, evaluate options, and drive business transformation.
- Agile Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). Ability to coach teams and guide Agile adoption across cross-functional teams.
- Change Management: Proven experience as an agent of change, driving process improvements, and identifying opportunities for operational and strategic enhancements.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, cloud technologies, and data management. Ability to work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to connect business needs with technical solutions.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence decision-makers, resolve conflicts, and motivate teams toward shared goals.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, SmartSheet, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA, PMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Preferred: Experience in the insurance or financial services industry and a background in strategic management or consulting.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is between $70-80 per hour.
