A property and casualty insurer is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Partnerships Distribution to expand into the $140 billion small business insurance sector. This role will focus on leveraging alternative distribution networks, including affiliate partnerships, embedded offerings, associations, franchises, independent agents and the public. This role will be responsible for crafting and executing a multi-channel strategy that highlights the company's cutting-edge technology, designed to simplify insurance acquisition for small businesses.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience and a track record of growing distribution channels. They will also be tasked with assembling and leading a team aligned with the organization's entrepreneurial spirit and growth goals. This is a retained search.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a multi-channel distribution strategy targeting the small business insurance market.
- Oversee and execute plans to increase premium profits.
- Provide the chief executive officer with insights on strategic opportunities and revenue projections.
- Leverage opportunities with industry contacts and production sources.
- Identify vertical market opportunities and propose product development aligned with marketing strategies.
