Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of food items in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Duties
- Responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner to meet customer expectation
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and the equipment within it
- Follow health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and industry needs
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
