The Organic Social Content Coordinator is a hybrid role between an Organic Social Media Coordinator and a Content Creator. This role will work closely with the Organic Social Account Supervisor in implementing social media marketing strategies for our wide range of clients to meet their unique objectives. They will develop monthly content calendars for the agency and clients and ensure that both the creative and copy is engaging, accessible to the readers and aligned with each client’s respective brand and audience. They will create content to use on social media for the agency and clients, from graphics to short-form video, gifs and more. Additionally, this individual will help grow and maintain active communities on all social platforms through proactive reputation management.
Qualifications
Write copy in the appropriate brand voice for organic posts
Create engaging creative content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Collaborate with other departments in the agency to develop a well-rounded social media content calendar Monitor trending social content to capitalize on for the agency and clients
Monitor social accounts for timely responses to follower/friend requests, post comments and private messages within 24 hours Review analytics and create monthly reports on key metrics and insights
Continue the execution of The James Agency’s clients current social media strategy to maintain its consistent presence across key social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
