Server/Waiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, providing information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations in food handling and service.

Experience

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and enhance their overall experience.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to guest relations, demonstrating attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.92 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
