7. Provide recruitment reports to team leaders and stakeholders as needed.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
2. Familiarity with social media, professional platforms, and resume databases.
3. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
4. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
