Job Description:
Our Boutique Law Firm is seeking a motivated, dependable, and trustworthy individual to join our team. The Front Desk Receptionist is the first individual that clients and visitors will speak to and meet in our office. We are a small boutique law firm whose practice is focused on Personal Injury, Real Estate and Immigration Law.
The Front Desk Receptionist will greet clients/visitors who enter our office, answer/route all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, conduct initial client intake, coordinate/schedule/confirm client appointments, take client payments, receive/scan/file incoming U.S. mail, prepare outgoing mail/packages, assist with tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing files, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, provide administrative support to the office staff, and other tasks as assigned.
Job Location:In Person in Miami, Florida 33186 near Tamiami Airport
The right candidate will be organized, responsible and trust worthy and possess the following qualifications:
Education:
- High School graduate or equivalent
Qualifications/Skills:
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English (can read, write, and speak)
- One Year of related experience in a law firm setting
- Excellent Telephone Etiquette
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional recordkeeping and communication skills
- Outstanding organization skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Professional appearance & demeanor
- Positive Attitude
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced busy environment
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with other staff members, clients, medical providers, opposing counsel and other professionals.
- Adheres to strict confidentiality, timeliness and accuracy of all related work.
- Experience with Immigration Forms/Law preferred but not required
- Provide administrative support as needed to paralegal and attorney
- Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Must have availability to work additional hours, including some weekends for special workshops/events
Compensation:
- Salary to commensurate with experience
- Bonus pay available
- A 90-day probationary period will apply
