Senior Team Lead - Lancaster, PA

Jay Group is looking for a Senior Team Lead to support 1st shift at the corporate facility.

Monday, 5:00am to 3:30pm, Tuesday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm (OT will be required based on business need)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assigns tasks to team members to optimize productivity
• Monitors the productivity of your team members, sharing numbers daily and coaching underperformers
• Auditing the quality of work performed by team members and giving feedback as necessary
• Assists Supervisor/Site Director with documentation, job set ups and paperwork
• Maintaining high standards for professional conduct
• Onboarding and training new hires
• Giving feedback as necessary for productivity and workplace conduct
• Listening to feedback and resolve issues from your team, escalating as necessary
• Promoting a safe and motivating workplace and atmosphere
• Responsible for approving timecards and maintaining attendance records.

Qualifications

1. Ability to handle multiple tasks while under pressure and work in a team environment.
2. Must be able to provide leadership to team members on various projects.
3. Strong communication skills in writing and verbal.
4. Self-motivated with the desire to work and able to work with little or no supervision.
5. Previous warehouse/ecommerce experience preferred.
6. Must be able to lift and carry/move up to 50 lbs.
7. Previous experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred, but not required.
