Warehouse/Production Associate

Job Summary:

The Jay Group is rapidly expanding our operations in Rocky Mount and are looking to hire 15 employees for a variety of warehouse production positions.

Job responsibilities may include any of the following warehouse tasks:

• Unpacking pallets of shoes and clothing for production
• Unwrapping pallets of boxes
• Sorting clothing and household items in a variety of categories
• Using a pallet jack to move gaylords of product
• Driving a fork lift if trained and certified
• Other production tasks as needed

Physical Demands:

The following physical demands are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time
• Must be able to traverse and access any/all areas of the warehouse
• Ability to work in a warehouse climate with a broad temperature range
