What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Administrator/Customer Service Rep position at The Jefferson Bank?
Job Description:
- Loan Processing to include preparing loan closing documents, loan closings, preparation of weekly reports, filing of loan documents and documents pertaining to loans, obtaining customer loan packages, exposure to learning credit analysis functions and preparation of packages for review.
- Teller and Retail Functions to include customer draws, running deposit or withdrawal slips, in-coming and out-going wires, and other necessary teller or retail tasks.
- Complete any Compliance and BSA responsibilities assigned by BSA and Compliance Officer.
- Daily interaction with Director of Loan Administration and all Loan Officers. Successfully interact with the lending staff at all branches regarding the everyday business of the lending department.
- Maintain new and paid loan files.
- Complete ongoing training that is required to complete the necessary job functions.
- Track outstanding documents and follow up with loan officers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all loan files.
- Perform periodic reviews and maintain all loan files with the most up to date information.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
