MUST be able to work any day of the week (including weekends holidays) from 6am-2pm.
A Prep Cook is an individual who assists the BOH staff in preparing food, maintains a safe and clean food environment, and takes on other culinary tasks as delegated. We are looking for a qualified and motivated Prep Cook who is hard-working, focused, efficient, and will bring a positive work ethic to our kitchen. A sense of urgency, timing, quality, and consistency are of the utmost importance. Manual dexterity, ablility to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils required. A willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a great team is a must!
