What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Agent position at The Jefferson Hotel Richmond?
We are seeking one FULL TIME and one PART TIME Security Agent who MUST be able to work ANY day of the week including weekends holidays. You will also be required to work either shift of 7:30am-3:30pm AND 3:30pm-11:30pm, depending on the day.
The Security Agent is responsible for the Safety and Security of the Hotel Facility, the Staff and Guests. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, honesty and integrity and must be above reproach. Must have excellent customer services skills, diplomacy and good communication skills; both oral and written. Must be able to handle all types of situations. Must be able to physically perform tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs. Previous work experience with a Security, Military or police background is required. Certified CPR & First Aid helpful .
