The Jenkins Organization, Inc., the parent company of Great Escapes RV Resorts, is a fully integrated real estate company specializing in the RV Resort industry with expertise in the areas of acquisitions, development, and management.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing and processing HR-related data with a strong emphasis on data entry in ADP. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of human resources functions and proficiency in handling sensitive information with discretion.
Work Location : In Office, near Beltway and I-10
Essential Job Functions :
- Perform data entry and maintain records in ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Manage employee records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes to employee information.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job openings and maintaining applicant tracking in ADP.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure seamless HR operations and timely data management.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and always maintain data integrity.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist with training initiatives, including coordination, scheduling, and logistics for employee development programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
