ABOUT THE JOB
One Call is a toll-free, quick, efficient way to learn about The Jewish Board’s services and schedule appointments for individual, group, family, or couples therapy and psychiatric services.
The Intake Specialist will be responsible for screening all calls/requests for clinic service made to the centralized applications department. Upon contact with the client or potential client, the Intake Specialist will either schedule the client for an intake assessment by a staff Social Worker at the chosen clinic site, or recommend another service organization, which may more appropriately meet the clients’ needs.
TO QUALIFY
The Jewish Board is currently looking for talented professionals of all cultures, religions, races, and gender expressions with the following qualifications:
BA in helping profession or 2 years of strongly related work experience preferred
Computer literacy and an ability to communicate effectively with clients, potential clients and staff
Strong attention to detail
Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
