Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers Assistant to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents on their progress.
- Facilitate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Support children with special needs by adapting lessons to meet individual learning requirements.
- Incorporate literacy education into daily activities to foster a love of reading from an early age.
- Utilize Montessori or other educational philosophies as appropriate to enhance learning experiences.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with young children in daycare or private school settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
- Familiarity with special education strategies is a plus.
- Previous experience in literacy education or toddler care is beneficial.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their developmental milestones.
