With over 250 buyer and seller appointments set in the last 90 days, 35% of which are homeowners looking to sell their homes, we are looking for a handful of skilled agents with an insatiable hunger to succeed to join our team as a partner agent.

Must have a test date scheduled for licensing and / or an Active RE License

Compensation :

250,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

Utilize our exceptional inside sales team to prequalify buyer and seller prospects, ensuring every meeting is set with motivated individuals ready to make a move.

Deliver compelling canned presentations using strong scripts to handle objections, build rapport, and close for conversion.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while representing our brand in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Continuously refine your sales skills through ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship opportunities provided by our experienced team.

Collaborate with fellow agents and support staff to optimize processes, share best practices, and achieve collective success.

Demonstrate a relentless drive to exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently striving for excellence in every aspect of your work.

Qualifications :

Active real estate license in California.

Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed goals.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships and rapport with clients.

Mastery of sales techniques, including the ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and overcome challenges with confidence.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning and personal development.
