Picker / Packer - All Shifts
The Job Center is now hiring Packers in Shively / Riverport for various shifts!
Compensation of Picker / Packer :
15.00-$15.75 per hour
Temp to hire
Eligible for PTO
Benefits Include : Medical, Dental, Vision
Schedule of Packer :
1st Shift 7am-3 : 30pm (Monday-Friday)
2nd Shift 3pm-11 : 30pm (Monday-Friday)
3rd Shift 11pm - 7 : 30am (Sunday-Thursday)
Overtime when needed
Responsibilities of Packer :
Responsible for warehouse functions to include unloading and unpacking shipments, inbound processing, scanning and shelving of parts, pulling orders, and data entry into computerized inventory control system and inventory control.
Does not operate power equipment. May utilize barcode scanning equipment.
Understanding how to read shipping labels, associates will be packing merchandise into boxes, entering weights and dimensions, properly placing shipping labels
Must be willing to be crossed trained
Requirements of Packer :
Must be able to Read / Understand English
Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Must complete a background check and drug screening.
