Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within a designated geographic territory.
This role is responsible for selling staffing and workforce solutions to new and existing clients, with a focus on light industrial, administrative, and/or skilled placements.
The ideal candidate brings a hunter mentality, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering tailored staffing services while living out The Job Center Core Values and Mission daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations, client meetings, and onsite evaluations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of local labor markets, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Accurately document all client interactions, pipeline activity, and opportunities in CRM.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community job fairs.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of B2B sales success, ideally in a territory or field sales capacity.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse client stakeholders, from HR to operations.
- Familiarity with the staffing sales cycle, including contract terms, markups, and job order flow.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn) and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
