What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Rep 2nd position at The Job Center?
The Job Center is looking for Call Center Reps to join their team. This position is not remote.Shift Potential (min of 20 hrs per week required) : Mon - Fri 1pm - 9pm OR 5pm - 9pmSaturday 10am - 6pm
Any (1) Blocks : 10am - 2pm I 2pm - 6pm
Sunday 12pm - 8pm
Any (1) Blocks : 12pm- 4pm I 4pm - 8pm
Pay :
2nd shift / Weekend $14.50
Responsibilities of Call Center Reps :
Reps will be making phone calls from provided numbers to complete medical surveys for the hospital.
Reps will talk through a script on the computer and ask the questions provided. They will enter the answers given by the respondent.
No quotas, no selling.
Requirements of Call Center Reps :
20 hours worked each week
Must work at least 4 hours each weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
7 year background check
Must have some computer and telephone / headset skills.
