Counter Sales / Customer Service Pay Rate : $22.00 Shift : Mon-Fri; 7 : 00A-4 : 00P Professional Customer Service Rep to assist customers (Installation Contractors) with garage door orders in our fast-paced office-warehouse. Primary responsibilities include following an established process to create Sales Orders / Quotes & Invoices, accept payments, answer phones, provide information to customers about products and options (In person, via email and on the phone), and submit daily reports to our corporate office. Requirements :
- Basic computer skills (client uses proprietary software and will train)
- Good customer service skills; both phone and in person
- Basic math skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Must be trainable
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Honesty and integrity are of the utmost importance
