What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at The Job Center?
The Job Center is looking for Production Worker to join our team.Shifts and Pay :
1st shift Monday - Wed 5am - 5pm
15.00 per hour - Paid Weekly
OT May be required on Thursdays
Responsibilities of Production Worker :
Responsible for ensuring that the equipment is sufficiently maintained to minimize machine / equipment downtime.
Assist with equipment and system modification activities deemed necessary to enhance product quality, plant productivity, and operator safety.
Checks, verifies, and audits the foam molding components
Identifies, separates, and labels foam molds and packaging
Possibly material handling, sorting, assembling, distributing / preparing for shipment of foam mold.
Knowledge of mathematics, machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
Requirements of Production Worker :
Continuously on feet moving around a concrete flooring. May be required to lift up to 25lbs, but never continuously.
Continuous short and repetitive walking and bending
Exposure to noise, heat, and dust is a daily possibility
Appropriate Attire – Closed toe shoes, shirts WITH sleeves, shorts must not be above knee. PPE - Ear Plugs are required but provided to you on your first day.
