Truss Shop AssemblerOverview :
Truss Shop Associates are responsible for assembling wall, floor and roof trusses. Working with wood, nail guns and hammers to assemble the truss correctly. This is a great temp to hire 2nd chance employment opportunityResponsibilities :
- Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks to meet production goals.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Willing to work in both Truss and panel department
- Sorting lumber as it comes off the cut line
- Ability to carry and lift to 65lbs occasionally, two persons lift available
- Ensure each truss is assembled properly according to measurements
