Direct Hire Physical Therapist!!

Express Employment Professionals are helping a new Physical Therapy clinic in Chaska look for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!!! This is an integrative start up facility which requires someone who is dedicated to growth and self-motivated. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology. This role is essential in helping patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall physical function. The Physical Therapist position can either be FT or PT Monday-Friday between 24-38 hours a week and the pay is $40-46/hr. If interested, please send your resume to debby.zorbas@expresspros.com.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
• You will work closely with patients across various settings, including inpatient care, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, MedX and acute care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles.
• Experience in inpatient settings preferred; familiarity with acute care is a plus.
• Proficiency in treating orthopedic conditions and managing all ages of patients.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
