IT Help Desk Technician

ABR is seeking an ON-SITE IT/Network Analyst for one of our premiere clients in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Candidates MUST be able to work on-site in Wisconsin Rapids. This is a 6-8 week temporary project with a very good possibility of going long-term for the right candidate. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. $25.00 - $28.00 per hour. IT/Network Analyst Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze network and VOIP traffic, along with server services with the assistance of tools like PRTG and SolarWinds.Locate and resolve complex PC/LAN hardware and software issues using available tools and site visits.Effectively diagnose and resolve complex tier 2 and 3 communication, PC hardware and software issues using telephone, remote tools and site visits. IT/Network Analyst Experience: Must have Strong Cisco and Call Manager knowledge with both configuration, troubleshooting and support.Experience maintaining network resources, such as VLANS, IP pools, DHCP and DNS.Knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office productsFamiliarly with Active Directory and Group PolicyExcellent communication skills and a self-starterABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
