The Sales Advisor facilitates sales for the Emmaus Retirement Community. The Sales Advisor maintains and/or improves the occupancy level and revenue production of the independent living community in accordance with the marketing and business plans to close sales and drive census. Must meet and achieve individual sales goals and targets (callouts, V2V calls, appointments, sales, closings, etc.). Develop and maintain relationships with and generate leads through residents, family, and professional referral sources. The Sales Advisor ensures that each prospect receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every prospect, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service. As a team player, the Sales Advisor will work with others to plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events as well as work in collaboration with other team members in developing and executing marketing plans to achieve community occupancy goals. The Sales Advisor will utilize CRM software to track and report sales activities.
Tracked metrics include: Inbound and outbound calls, V2V calls, e-mails and appointments, signings, closings, conversion rates, census/occupancy goals

Requirements For a Sales Advisor At Phoebe Emmaus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years’ sales experience required
- Sales experience within a senior living environment preferred.
- Prove history of achieving and exceeding sales goals required.
