About the Opportunity:∙ Job Title: Small Assembly Technician∙ Pay:$20/Hour∙ Location: Delano, MN∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, M-Th, 4:30am
- 2:30pm or 7am
- 5pm. Start time on first day is 7:30am.Daily functions:Assemble panels and wiring components based on detailed drawings and schematics.Use hand and minor power tools to complete various assembly tasks.Read and interpret technical drawings for both panel and wiring assembly.Work efficiently with changing custom orders, maintaining high quality and attention to detail.Cross-train in the Lamps and Changers Area, which involves easier tasks.Ensure accuracy and functionality of assemblies before moving on to the next production cycle.Desired qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred.Technical background required.Experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings (preferred).Familiarity and experience with hand and power tools (required).Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision.Basic computer skills.6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.High drive and motivation to learn; on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.Physical requirements:Lifting 50 lbs.Standing the majority of shift with option to sit during some tasks.What you might find meaningful and fulfilling about this role:Working in a small team means your efforts are felt and appreciated, while working here you can develop your skills and learn more about their products.Company Perks:Monday
