They are responsible for following safe work practices, using the inventory tracking system, upholding the company's core values, and providing excellent customer service.The right candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to work independently.Responsibilities and Required Skillsof Warehouse Associate:Efficiently pack orders to meet customer service standards.Package materialstoprevent damage during shipment.Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.Move products from staging/storage areas to freight containers efficiently.Keep company equipment and materials clean and organized.Operate an RF Scan gun to maintain inventory counts.Promote and practice safe work habits to ensure a safe working environment.Focus on continuous learning for self and team to enhance skills and growth.Show commitment to the company's core values.Additional duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required as necessary.Qualificationsof Warehouse Associate:Positive attitudeBasic computer skills for operatingthe1-2 years of warehouse experience preferredAbility to meet warehouse deadlinesPhysical Requirementsof Warehouse Associate:Sitting,standing, and walkingfor extended periods.Capable of lifting objects (up to50lbs.) from one level to another, including upward pulling.Proficient in using warehouse scanners for inventory tracking and order processing.Good eye-hand coordination and sense of balance.Tolerance for varying temperatures within the warehouse environment.Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, around machinery with moving parts and vehicles.Capability to carry, push, and pull boxes and items up to50lbs.The Lee Group is driven by our purpose and passion – aligning talent, growing businesses and changing lives!
