Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our business development efforts in North Colorado. This role will focus on driving sales, building relationships with clients, and expanding our staffing services footprint in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, staffing, and workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and engage prospective clients in need of staffing solutions across various industries.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and staffing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful placement of candidates and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 3 years of sales experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of staffing solutions, workforce management, and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
