Job Store Staffing has partnered with a leading company in the aerospace and defense industry to recruit for a temporary Recruiter to support a temporary surge in requisitions. The Recruiter will be an onsite position in Colorado Springs. The Recruiter is responsible for the entire cycle of the recruiting process, from talent sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, to interviewing, recommending, and hiring for a wide variety of positions with different levels of complexity.
Ideal candidates for the Recruiter opening will be driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Our client follows a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off.
$32-35/hr
Duties:
• Manage all phases of the recruitment process including screening/assess applicants for relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes; oversee the interview process, and gather interview feedback
• Facilitate the complete candidate process flow aiming for best-in-class candidate experience and a thorough capture of information in the applicant tracking system, and related databases
• Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define and implement a recruitment strategy, and hiring plan
• Foster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent and build a network of candidates to contribute to the organizations talent pipeline
• Proactively develop and execute candidate generation strategies using sourcing methods such as Boolean searches, social media platforms, professional networks, job boards, talent databases, candidate referrals and passive candidate outreach to build a diverse talented candidate pool
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine job descriptions, as necessary
• Communicate with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting methods and research best practices
Experience:
• 5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify and engage with passive candidates.
• Proficiency with various recruiting tools including ATS (iCIMs) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Salary : $32 - $35
